Temasek Holdings ("Temasek") has placed out ordinary shares in CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”), comprising 7.5% of the total share capital of CapitaLand. Temasek’s shareholding in CapitaLand was 52% prior to this placement.

The placement aims to widen CapitaLand’s investor base and improve liquidity, which will benefit all shareholders.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte Ltd has been appointed as the issue manager for the placement of the CapitaLand shares.
