Our investment portfolio is managed through wholly-owned entities: Temasek Global Investments (TGI), Temasek Singapore (TSG) and Temasek Partnership Solutions (TPS).​ 

Together, they bring differentiated strategies, capabilities, and partnerships to deliver performance across our portfolio segments.​

They are supported by corporate functions under Temasek International (TI) which provide enterprise-wide governance, strategic, and operational support.​

Unlocking long-term value

Temasek Singapore (TSG) focuses on the active stewardship and engagement of our Singapore-based Temasek Portfolio Companies (TPCs).

​As stalwarts of our portfolio, our TPCs have historically anchored the stability of our portfolio and are key to Temasek’s portfolio resilience. TSG partners them for the long term, supporting their continued growth, strengthening their foundations, and enabling them to remain globally competitive while staying rooted in Singapore.

Singapore-based Temasek Portfolio Companies

This portfolio segment comprises long-term investments in Singapore-based companies in which we typically hold a minimum shareholding interest of 20%. A number of these companies are industry leaders and household names, providing essential services to Singaporeans. They deliver stable and sustainable returns over the long term, and generate liquidity in the form of dividend income, providing capital for a significant part of our other investment activities.

Scaling capital and unlocking new opportunities through strategic investment partnerships​

Scaling through partnerships

Temasek Partnership Solutions (TPS) focuses on activities within our Partnerships, Funds, and Asset Management Companies (PFAs) segment, managing the allocation of capital to funds, and building strategic relationships with other investors. TPS also works with Seviora Holdings, our main asset management platform, to deepen relationships across the investment ecosystem.

TPS enables Temasek to scale its capital and tap a broad range of opportunities, including capital solutions such as private equity, private credit, public market investments, and tailored financing options.

Partnership, Funds, and Asset Management Companies (PFAs)

This portfolio segment comprises partnerships with other investors, fund investments, and our asset management companies. Together, these complement our direct investments by expanding our global network and access to co-investment opportunities and platforms across private and public markets.
