Temasek Holdings and PSA Corporation appoint Global Coordinators and Bookrunners for PSA Initial Public Offering

Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd and PSA Corporation Ltd have appointed DBS Bank, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Warburg as the global coordinators and bookrunners for PSA’s proposed initial public offering after presentations from several banks.  OUB has also been appointed as the co-lead manager for the Singapore retail tranche.

Dr Yeo Ning Hong, Chairman, PSA Corporation Ltd, said, “We are very pleased to be working with DBS Bank, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and UBS Warburg on our proposed initial public offering.  This offering is of strategic importance for PSA in accessing the domestic and international equity capital markets.  This is also an excellent opportunity to introduce to the public the company, its shareholder value focus and its financial and operational strengths.”

Further details in relation to the proposed initial public offering and the appointment of syndicate members will be announced, as and when appropriate.
