Singapore, 19 June 2026 – Temasek today announced the appointment of Wendy Koh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-designate with effect from 1 August 2026. Wendy will assume the role of CFO on 1 October 2026.

Wendy brings over three decades of experience across finance, capital markets, and corporate strategy. She joins Temasek from Mapletree Investments, where she is currently Group Chief Financial Officer.

Wendy’s experience will support Temasek’s continued focus on disciplined capital management and long-term value creation.

In conjunction with this appointment, Png Chin Yee, President, Temasek Singapore (TSG), will relinquish her concurrent role as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2026, to focus on her leadership of TSG. In this role, she oversees Temasek’s Singapore-based portfolio companies, working to strengthen performance, drive value creation, and deliver sustainable long-term returns across the portfolio.
