Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lee Theng Kiat as Director on the Board of Temasek with effect from 1 April 2016.  He will also be appointed a Member of the Board’s Executive Committee.

Theng Kiat joined Temasek International (“TI”) as President on 1 April 2012.  He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TI on 1 October 2015.

With his new appointment, Theng Kiat joins the Temasek Board in providing strategic oversight and stewardship of Temasek.  His existing responsibilities as CEO of TI remain unchanged.
