Temasek today announced senior leadership updates as it continues to strengthen its leadership bench and deepen capabilities across key portfolio segments.

Temasek is pleased to welcome Ralph Berg, who will join on 1 September as Head, Europe, and Head of the New Energy & Industrials (NEI) and Mobility & Logistics teams, based in London. Ralph brings extensive global investing experience, with a strong track record across infrastructure, energy, industrials, and capital markets. He has led investment strategies through cycles, driven portfolio value creation, and built strategic partnerships with leading institutions and operators.

Ralph is currently Chief Investment Officer of OMERS, responsible for its global investment strategy. Prior to this, he held roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, focusing on the energy sector. Ralph’s global perspective, disciplined investment approach, and deep sector expertise will further strengthen Temasek’s efforts to build and scale its portfolio across Europe, NEI, and Mobility & Logistics.

Nagi Hamiyeh, President, Temasek Global Investments (TGI), will transition from his concurrent responsibilities overseeing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and NEI. In his expanded role, Nagi will focus on driving strategic performance and outcomes across the TGI portfolio. Working closely with Chia Song Hwee, CEO, TGI, he will sharpen priorities, deepen alignment across regions and sectors, and strengthen sustained delivery and returns. Nagi will continue to be based in Paris.
