We have been alerted to a scam involving the impersonation of a member of our senior management in India.

The impersonator claims to be Ravi Lambah, Temasek’s Head of India, and is offering stock and trading advice on Facebook and Instagram, and in a WhatsApp group chat named “B1 Ravi LAMBAH Center for Institutional Strategists”. In the group chat, various members posing as Temasek staff claim that Temasek has launched a stock trading plan called “dream set sail”.

This is a scam. Temasek and Ravi are not associated with the impersonators in any way. Temasek does not offer investment advice and has not authorised any third party to do so on our behalf. If you have received messages regarding this matter on social media, you may wish to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Please exercise care and diligence when dealing with parties purporting to represent or be associated with Temasek. Take steps to confirm their authenticity and authority to act.

Our employees conduct business over email using addresses ending with ...@temasek.com.sg.
