Our attention has been drawn to the conduct of two individuals, operating under the names Boris Petrovsky and Julien Katumbi. They purport to represent Temasek Europe and seek to encourage parties to enter contracts.  In the recent past, they have sought to encourage parties to enter contracts in Europe and Africa and use a Vietnam address and a Yahoo/Gmail email account. Neither person works for, or is in any way connected with, Temasek. Anyone contacted by them may wish to inform their local law enforcement.
