Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) announced today that Seletar Investments Pte Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, has acquired a 9.95% stake in i-Logistics Corporation (“i-Logistics”), a core subsidiary of Itochu Corporation (“Itochu”) in general logistics services.

Itochu remains the largest shareholder with a stake of 48.7% and will continue to drive the company’s growth strategy.

Itochu and Temasek hope to leverage on their complementary international networks and diverse experiences to strengthen their respective positions in the region.
